Just wanted to let you know that our cleaning lady, Meiby, is a very honest person. She found a watch (not an inexpensive one!) in our pool area last week and turned it in to me. The owner of the watch was very grateful for her honesty, as I was. The owner of the watch gave Meiby a small reward, and I wrote her a thank-you note. We have been extremely happy with the service and Meiby's work. She is the best cleaning person we have had since I have been here. She is an asset to your company.

I wanted to take the time to let you know what an amazing job your cleaner, Erica, is doing, as well as George her supervisor. I have never in all my years in this building had such a wonderfully effective cleaning crew. It is more than obvious from how well they do their job that they care about the clients.

Each and every day Erica comes in and completely cleans our office. She does an OUTSTANDING job. Our offices are always clean no matter what gets thrown Erica's way she always does an amazing job.

We have had many different cleaning companies through the years, but I have to say without hesitation, the crew that manages this building is the BEST!

In addition to Erica's great service I have to complement George. He is the only cleaning company supervisor that has ever come to check with us to ensure we are happy. This speaks volumes to us, and we thank you for setting such high standards and having associates who surpass them.

Jade Maintenance has provided our offices with the most competitive and professional cleaning service we have ever had. Deborah is extremely friendly and helpful, and her response time to any issue no matter how large or small is immediate, 24/7. That says it all. Her staff does an excellent job and is willing to accommodate any changes or requests we may need. Working with her company has been a rare pleasure as a contracted service provider. I want to highlight the excellent job that Jade Maintenance does day by day in the ARMY reserve center of Cape Coral, FL. Floors, bathrooms, and common areas such as the drill hall and classrooms are always clean and organized with enough supplies to cover all needs. They are always available for any situation that is presented and is always friendly, approachable and easy to talk to.
It is amazing how they maintain this building, clean!

Debbie - you have done an outstanding job helping me when we have had these staffing problems during the past few months. Effective immediately, you can just email me the bills that you charge on my card for supplies. It isn't necessary to check with me on ordering. You can contact our on-staff people and Roger if you have questions and problems. I was only involved because previous staff was incompetent.
